“Rest your mind on the breath.”
This is probably one of the most powerful phrases to adopt when trying to breath properly, because it teaches you to pause, decipher, and project psychic information within each inhale and exhale.
Resting your mind on the breath enables you to access your psychic potential and refine your psychic projectiles to make a far more powerful connection with your target.
When starting out on this journey, my mind used to jump from thought to thought because I didn't know how to breath properly.
I ended up hating the fact that I couldn't stay in an alpha state longer and would often find myself thinking about some mundane stuff that brought me back to a beta brainwave state.
Fortunately,in 2012 by reading breaking the habit of being yourself by Dr Joel Dispenza amongst others,I discovered how to breath properly and introduced it into my psychic seduction practice.
Soon I applied their breathing techniques to help me calm my mind when my mind began tilting too much.
The results were extraordinary (obviously it was a process).
I became good at being in an alpha state longer; more than that, I found myself enjoying my courtships and, in turn, ended up connecting deeper with my target.
For over a decade plus, my interest in deep diving and the power of proper breathing keeps deepening.
Here’s a summary of what I’ve learned thus far.
First things first...
Are You Breathing Correctly?
Here’s a quick test:
Place your left hand over your navel and your right hand over your chest.
Which hand(s) is moving?Left, right, or both?
If the hand over your chest is moving, you probably have a shallow breath.
That is, you’re drawing insufficient oxygen when you breath. This leads to scattered psychic information when you connect psychically.
If the hand over your navel is moving, you’re probably breathing properly.
This is called diaphragmatic breathing and causes your psychic projectiles to be super sharp and your deciphering potential gets to improve three folds.
To breath from your belly, you need to expand and contract your diaphragm, which provides more oxygen to your lungs.
If both hands are moving while you breath, you probably have a combination of the two, which means you must develop diaphragmatic breathing more.
Breathing Is both A Voluntary and Involuntary function.
Involuntary breathing is an automatic bodily process and is shallow.
Voluntary breathing occurs when you bring your awareness to the process of breathing itself and is deep.
So “proper breathing” is voluntary and naturally deep, and if you can observe how you breath, adopt this type of breathing, you will notice that it will become your natural way of breathing until you don’t have to do it consciously.
It's because of generations upon generations of improper breathing by our ancestors that we lost this ability, probably because of the demands of earlier civilizations, and our parents adopted it from them(lineage) and we adopted it from parents psychically as infants.
When you re-learn what once came natural to you—the ability to breath properly and dive in with laser focus—you must keep the three principles below in mind.
• Breath deeply
• Breath slowly
• Breath quietly
Now let’s look at each of them one by one.
How to Breathe Deeply.
Breathing deeply means breathing with your belly instead of your chest.
Remember that chest breathing promotes psychic imbalances; belly breathing promotes psychic grounding/centering.
As you inhale, draw the air deep into your lower abdomen, imagining a balloon expanding in that region.
Exhale and allow the balloon to slowly and steadily deflate.
Be sure not to force the air out of the balloon.
Simply allow the air to release naturally.
Hence relaxation comes mainly from the exhale, not the inhale.
To breath with your diaphragm, simply place your awareness on your navel as you breath.
Sometimes it’s also helpful to place one or both of your hands over your navel.
Observe your hand moving like a balloon as your stomach inflates on the inhale.
Again, avoid using any force.
Simply observe the process of breathing with your lower abdomen.
How To Breath Slowly.
Your goal is to make each inhale and exhale as long as possible without straining.
Most adults in a resting state breath an average of 12 to 18 cycles per minute.
This translates to a complete inhale and exhale cycle of three to five seconds.
Meditation Masters for an example, in contrast, extend a single breath cycle to 15 seconds, comfortably completing only four cycles in a minute.
The fewer cycles per minute, the better.
A slow breath cycle coincides with greater psychic attunement, centeredness/grounding, and relaxation.
So you can train yourself to breath at slower and slower rates.
Start by setting a timer for a minute and counting how many cycles you complete.
Try this a few times to establish a baseline.
Record the results.
Then, periodically take conscious breaths at a three-count (count to three on the inhale and again on the exhale). Once the count becomes comfortable, move it to four, five, etc.
After 30 days, use a timer again and see if you have extended your average breath cycle.
How To Quiet Your Breath.
There is a correlation between breathing patterns and psychic information quality.
Coarse, erratic, and louder breathing coincides with racing thoughts, the more you go in and out of the alpha state.
Slow, steady, deep, quiet breaths tend to make deciphering and projecting psychic information easier and stay in the alpha state for longer periods.
In addition to breathing slowly and steadily, you ideally shouldn’t hear air coming in or out of your nose or mouth.
To quiet your breath, do not force the air on your exhale, and do not rush to draw the air in on the inhale. That is, breath naturally—without effort.
It's A Wrap...
You don’t need to invest a great deal of time to learn how to breath properly during psychic courtships.
One conscious breath is worth more than 10 unconscious, unnatural breaths.
Just notice when you are breathing erratically and rest your mind on the breath as the masters counsel.
The very process of observing your breath often redirects the mind and helps you access your psychic potential and develop powerful psychic projectiles.
Bringing your breath into its natural state doesn’t need to take hours.
You can tune your breath and quieten your mind and body in a matter of minutes, if not seconds.
However, you will do better to add separate sessions to practice proper breathing to make sure when you connect you are in a proper state of mind and connect with more attunement, and power.
Patience and practice, however, are required.
If you can invest 5 to 10 minutes max prior to connecting psychically to practice what’s described above, within a few weeks or months, you’ll likely notice positive changes in your breathing patterns during psychic courtships, and your level of psychic potency will increase astronomically.
Now take a deep few breathes and have an awesome "nice astral date or Tryst."
